Private Session

In a private session You have my full attention for 1 hr 15 min.

To each session there are simply four focus areas:

  1. Breathing
  2. Movement
  3. Relaxation
  4. Body structure/posture

Your overall health and fitness can easily be meassured by how you perform in tests that target these areas. Try a couple:

  • Stand up and then sit down on the floor without using your hands for support. Then stand back up again still not using the hands.

Can you do it?
Did you at any point hold your breath?

  • Sit or lie down. Take a normal breath and let it out through the mouth over 20 seconds, then breathe in through the nose over 20 seconds.

Can you do it? (Can you comfortably keep it up for 5 minutes?)
Did you at any point tense up in your throat, chest and/or shoulders?

The goals of a private session will vary according to your needs. I will always work to improve your energy levels, to help you manage and remove fears and tension, to improve your confidence and feeling of self-worth.

Only for the brave! This special session last 1 – 2,5 hours and is suitable for anyone who is ready to let go, give in, and move on.

Here’s a bonus breathing test

  • Sit or lie down. Breathe out normally and then breathe in through the nose over 15 seconds, breathe out over 10 seconds, and then pause (relax) for 5 seconds before starting over with a 15 seconds in-breath.

Can you comfortably keep it up for 5 minutes?
Did you at any point tense up? Did you feel panic building up?
